This building in the Ouseburn Valley has been transformed from a fire damaged, derelict site to a high spec office space by Brims Construction. Everyone involved is delighted with the transformation...
ADS provided our 300mm Aerofoil acoustic louvre system to the roof level plant enclosure. This 4 sided screen provides the necessary sound reduction required for the nearby hotel, and also provides a structure for the striking 'Toffee Factory' signage to fix back too.
We provided 200mm aerofoil, vertical Brise Soleil blades in an annodized finish to fix back to specialist galvanized steel fixing frames that we built into the new brickwork. This Brise Soleil provides a very functional Solar shading system along with additional security from the nearby roadside.
We also provided a vertical Brise Soleil screen at 3.0m in height for a terrace / balcony area using annodized 300mm aerofoil blades fixed back to galvanized steel plates at the head and base. This screen is provided for both privacy and security.
